Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
Merchandise must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
You must return the item within 15 days of your purchase.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return, exchange or refund.
For Exchanges:
1. Include in your package a note stating the reason for your exchange and the original invoice. If you received a gift and asking for an exchange, please indicate who the person originally purchased the merchandise so we may locate the invoice.
2. List the items you want to exchange/return on your invoice and send the items back to:

3. Domestic - We will ship back any domestic exchanges at our cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
International - Customer is responsible for the shipping costs UNLESS the item was sent by mistake or a manufacturer defect.
For Returns: (shipping costs are non-refundable)
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund your original method of payment when the item is returned and inspected. Returns must not have been worn, used or altered. If the item was a gift, customers will only have the option of choosing something of equal value and/or pay the difference.
For Refunds: (shipping costs are non-refundable)
If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges regardless if its domestic or international) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets our return conditions. If the item was a gift, customers will only have the option of choosing something of equal value and/or pay the difference.
Cancellations
Orders that haven’t been processed can be cancelled at no charge. Please email Customer Service at josh@huffmanfirm.com, with you order number, customer recipient name and a contact number.
